JardogsHealth Welcomes Back Kim Franks as Chief Clinical Officer

JardogsHealth is pleased to welcome Kim Franks, BSN, RN back to our organization as Chief Clinical Officer. Kim is a meaningful part of our history—having played a pivotal leadership role during the original Jardogs era, where she helped guide clinical strategy, documentation transformation, and Meaningful Use initiatives for health systems nationwide. Her early contributions helped establish Jardogs as a trusted partner to organizations navigating new regulatory, workflow, and technology demands.

Since that time, Kim has served in executive leadership roles within one of the nation's leading healthcare technology organizations, overseeing large-scale initiatives in the consumer health space. Her work supported hospitals, multi-site health systems, and ambulatory practices across the country as they modernized clinical workflows, improved documentation standards, expanded patient engagement capabilities, and adopted next-generation digital tools. This experience gives her a rare, end-to-end perspective on how clinical, operational, and technical teams must work together to deliver meaningful, measurable outcomes.

Now returning to JardogsHealth, Kim brings this expanded expertise back home. As Chief Clinical Officer, she will help shape the future direction of MyMedicalScribe, ensuring our platform continues to deliver clinically sound, audit-ready, and revenue-aligned documentation that truly supports providers in their day-to-day work. She will work closely with clinical leaders, operational partners, and our product teams to enhance documentation quality, strengthen coding and billing integrity, and uphold the highest standards of safety and responsible AI.
